Approved Tutor Answer8 Years agoThe answer of root over 4 is only 2 because
root over any natural number would give us two values but we should consider only the magnitude of the rusultant solution
i.e root over 4 = mod 2 or mod -2 = 2 or 2
but it would be a different case if we would use a2-b2 formula to find the solutions.
